Engagement Factory was commissioned by We Fashion to recommend an improved structure for engagement with their customer base. The first thing we did was to conduct a detailed analysis and hygiene review of various elements including unsubscribe rates, data quality, CRM performance, e-mail template and e-newsletter design. Based on this evaluation a new email template was designed and built, we also ensured it could be easily integrated with ‘Certona’, We Fashion’s personalised customer experience tool.

As a result, a new responsive e-mail was introduced featuring three different product sections and multiple banner sections per email. Each section allows multiple layouts and provides the ability to move sections around, change the width space per section and to make images smaller to avoid extra-long email view. These features enabled a significant improvement of We Fashion’s online campaign performance in terms of both engagement and efficiency.
