Invitation campaigns

Engagement Factory, as the Oracle Eloqua partner for Ricoh Netherlands, is responsible for the execution of invitation campaigns relating to sponsored events, such as the Ricoh Open, KLM Open and Ladies Open.

Based on a brief from Ricoh, we delivered the complete campaign for an event and all the associated assets, including: emails (invites, reminders, registration confirmation, changes, cancellation, additional info) and landing pages (registration, confirmations, unsubscribes, additional info).

We also manage all the technical requirements, such as ensuring any actions associated with a particular process are handled correctly. The complete asset portfolio for a campaign is fully developed and managed in Oracle Eloqua by Engagement Factory’s technical design team.
