We helped Omron to embark on a complete overhaul of their marketing and the adoption of Modern Marketing within their organization. They quickly realised that implementing Oracle Eloqua was not enough and they needed a partner who could support them with the technical integration, configuration and right through their modern marketing journey.

We helped Omron develop a closed loop, demand generation engine through the creation of customer journeys, defining of lead management processes and implementation of lead scoring. Omron even opted to implement Engagement Factory’s Lead Management solution, which optimises marketing and sales alignment through lead qualification, management and conversion tracking. With their new Lead Manager App Omron can now effectively manage the handover operation of leads from marketing to sales, allowing marketing to pass qualified leads to the correct sales team, and track lead conversion through the sales funnel.
