• Digital Account Manager - Netherlands
  • Are you an experienced account manager and looking for your next challenge?

    As our digital account manager you will work for different global accounts, where you will successfully manage our client relationships, ensuring efficient communication and a focus on account growth. You will be the linking pin between the client and our consultants; identifying, planning, organising and monitoring projects.

    Together with our teams you will develop relevant, original and meaningful customer experiences for our customers, we’re talking program strategy & design, marketing technology, analytics & insights, digital campaign creation and more.

    The ideal candidate would have a strong marketing agency account management background. Experience with modern marketing principles, communication strategy, B2B and B2C marketing process is key. Knowledge of marketing and sales automation platforms like Eloqua, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Exact Target is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    • Build client relationships at a strategic, tactical and operational level
    • Seek opportunities to develop ongoing business with key accounts
    • Translate verbal and written briefs from clients into projects
    • Have experience in working closely with (client) projects teams to ensure projects are on time, budget and delivering against agreed scope
    • Accountable for successful implementation of campaigns – on time, on brief, and within budget
    • Manage expectations and build relationships based on trust and mutual understanding
    • Understand and use Agency systems to ensure the sound management of projects
    • Evaluate and present creative work and effectively manage client feedback
    • Responsible for customer account finances

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in advertisement / digital marketing in an account (client-facing) role. Agency experience required
    • Account management experience with multiple, concurrent projects
    • Creative thinker with ability to apply trends and data to solve marketing and business problems
    • Demonstrated experience creating pitches, proposals and presenting to large groups
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Self-starter who can work independently with a passion for “Doing it right and Getting it done”
    • BA/BS in Business, Advertising, Marketing or Communications
    • Native Dutch speaker, excellent – near native – English speaker
