    We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly talented campaign manager to join our award-winning team and help drive success with our rapidly growing customer base in the UK. You will be working for several prestigious international clients on global projects, using the best marketing technology available and latest techniques to help them achieve best in class results.

    Working as one of our Marketing Consultants, you will be responsible for creating highly targeted, multi-channel, multi touch campaigns for a number of our clients, predominantly using email marketing. From strategic brief, review of concepts, all the way through to execution, review and optimisation, your goal will be to engage marketing contacts and nurture them until they are high value leads that can be passed to sales.

    The successful candidate will need to have experience running email marketing programs for several different companies to drive impressive results, with experience of the latest email marketing, and nurturing techniques. Experience of using personas, customer decision journeys and how to translate these to lead nurture flows in marketing automation solutions, particularly Eloqua, would be an advantage.

    We are looking for an excellent communicator, able to build rapport quickly, instil confidence and work efficiently with remote teams. You be a great project manager, delivering projects on time and within budget and able to have fun while creating award winning campaign results.


    • Advise clients on best practices to build email marketing and digital campaigns that drive results
    • Campaign brief creation together with our clients
    • Develop direct and digital marketing campaigns to target key personas or highly defined prospects and customer segments to nurture contacts using email (as well as using other channels including SMS, targeted digital advertising and in-app messaging when appropriate)
    • Deliver campaigns within scope, time and budget, working with our internal teams, producing regular project management reports to inform the project teams
    • Evaluate and analyse campaign results, providing recommendations for improvement
    • Stay ahead of the curve on latest Direct & Digital Marketing technology trends


    • 3+ years experience delivering email marketing or direct marketing campaigns
    • Professional marketing qualifications: Degree, Masters or IDM qualifications
    • Ability to demonstrate impressive results and instil confidence quickly and easily
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
    • Versed communicator, able to convey information clearly and provide feedback
    • Solid understanding of project management techniques, able to multi-task and work efficiently
    • Demonstrate ability to work flawlessly under pressure to meet deadlines
    • Marketing Automation experience with Oracle Eloqua or another MA tool or ESP
    • Good understanding of digital technologies, HTML, CSS or Javascript
