• Marketing Automation Consultant(s) – France
  • Are you a marketing automation magician with passion for all things digital?

    We are looking for an experienced and talented marketing automation consultant to join our team and expand our activities in France.

    You will be working for international clients on global projects. You will be responsible for multiple demand generation and lead nurture campaigns or consult clients on how to develop these campaigns. You will work on the creation, delivery and execution of exiting marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate knows all about personas, customer decision journeys and how to translate these to lead nurture flows in marketing automation solutions. The consultant is responsible for defining the needs and structure of digital campaigns that drive quality leads, pipeline revenue contribution and awareness. You will be able to manage multiple customers and teams to guarantee customer success while working closely with the business stakeholders. The consultant hands the project over to the international campaign execution team, while keeping an eye on the campaign process and performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop deep customer insight for assigned clients, with a complete knowledge of relevant stages of the buying cycle in order to define and guide the strategy for all campaigns
    • Set strategic conditions for the digital campaign scope as objectives, target group, messaging channels, scoring criteria, customer journey etc.
    • Review the campaign build as well as the campaign progress
    • Ensure the evaluation and analysis of the results
    • Support campaign managers by defining the campaign flow and the assets

    Requirements

    • Be able to manage multiple customers and teams to guarantee customer success
    • 5/6 years experience in marketing campaign design, development, execution and evaluation
    • Knowledge of personas, customer decision journeys and how to translate these to lead nurture flows in Eloqua
    • Knowledge of industry best practices related to nurturing campaign design, inboundmarketing, demand generation, customer behavior etc.
    • Strong strategic and analytic intelligence and understanding of key business metrics
    • Applied knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM
    • Demonstrate ability to lead and motivate a team of individual contributors and work flawlessly under pressure to meet deadlines
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in France and English (other languages is a plus)
    • Professional qualifications: bachelor and/or master degree in communication, marketing , IT or Business Administration
    • Excellent strategic leadership and content marketing skills
    • Very strong knowledge of behavioral marketing automation concepts
    • Versed communicator, able to convey information clearly and provide feedback
    • Good understanding of project and campaign management as well as analytical skills
